So I woke up this morning and found my 4 inch tig. In a 3 inch bumble bee catfish mouth. I quickly got them separated and put the tig in a holding tank and so that he has a couple of cuts and fins are tapered. Been like that all day and breathing fine. Do you think he will be OK. Need help. Had know idea that would happen. My 30 dollar fish almost ate my 250 dollar one.

I was being serious! Anytime I had a catfish I never kept $$$ fish near them. You never know what they will try to eat
I wasn't talking to you the other comment is gone. It's all good. But yeah was not expecting that. That was the last fish I thought he would try to eat. But he looKS OK right now hope he makes it
I think he will be okay. Something how things work considering the 3" cat was trying to eat the 4 inch.
best thing about keeping fish with skin instead of scales is they heal at least twice as fast. Try measuring out some Melafix and put it in with him. It willl heal him up and fight infections better and faster.
That's the thing with catfish, they will eat anything that fits in their mouth... and will also try to eat anything that won't.
