The only reason I asked is I read a report/study published in the Canadian Journal of Microbiologyon that showed showed the sample container of Cycle purchased containing some various pathogenic bacteria, not non pathogenic as advertised. Having said that, even that shouldn't cause toxic shock that quickly, such as you described. Sounds like something in the water, I would hold off on any further water changes until next week.
