What. The heck is around with my water?

So my normally crystal clear fish tank is now out of the blue completely foggy and has a layer of white spec like things floating on the water can't explain. I'll post pics please help how do I fix this and no the water isn't cloudy because of the stock it is normally crytsal clear and this is out of the blue! I really need to fix this please help don't ask about stock I won't answer it isn't the stock or the deco and it has been crystal clear for weeks now like i said its out of the blue i did water changes and the same thing happened again so that isnt working please help?

If that's a turtle tank than you are likely to have that happen when the bio load has been reached for your filters ad they need to be changed happens every so often on my turtle tank

Your saying its been fine for weeks, a proper cycle can take 30+ days so we need more info and have u even tested the water??

My guess would be ammonia spike
