Honestly i wouldn't worry about them, they are definately not aiptasia. I have always had them in my tank and don't have any aiptasia. I literally have hundreds in places where i don't clean the glass and nothing comes of it.
 
Could they be [FONT=arial,sans-serif][SIZE=-1]Staurocladia oahuensis? they are a type of hydroid, they come and go and are harmless.

i'm thinkin hydroid as well, some of the pictures i have of hydroids are similar.
