Yup, it really dosnt look quite right for any particular cichlid, you can't really tell from the pic but it has a long trailer on its dorsal fin like a firemouth.
ok so the consensus is that it appears to be a Meeki/convict/fenestratus/flowerhorn with a bit of mayan cichlid thrown in for good measure....excellent..lol
