Ya, I remember it from earlier, but this is something so many folk out there need to know/realize:

I know my cichlids and knifefish have tons of personality, likes and dislikes they show, I can tell when they don't feel well, etc.

...maybe we should send those crazy PETA guys on them? 
My betta is in a 30 gallon community tank with others. He has his own monster tank for himself. I hate to even see them in those little plastic containers in the pet store. I think a minimum of tank size of 1 gallon is unethical to keep one in. I'll probably get bashed for this, but it is something I feel strongly about.
