why did no one notice that the kid was 'out of sorts' shall we say, to go make him kill people?

Hello,
no one here noticed that because normaly here no one has weapons and this boy was from really good house (rich father).
His father has 18 legal weapons (now one missing), which is very unusual here because normaly the people having guns are old men which do hunting.

I live in the neighbour village of Winnenden, and I can´t understand how this could happen, and what his reason was to do that.

This area here is a very good area, so normaly here NEVER happens anything, and now there runs a guy into a school and kills people and 3 outside of the school
