What the hell is wrong with this Geo?

All of the tissue is inflamed if it were a parasite you might see a side inflamed but the lips, eyes, AND face look like they are reacting to something.
 
It just buried it's face in the sand and jammed itself in between a log and a rock.........I've never seen a fish act this strange so fast.
 
It looks like it's in a tank with some other aggressive cichlids. Possibly to get away from them it's been wedging itself and has hurt itself.
 
Looks like some sort of systematic failure or allergic response. If he is still alive, get him to some new water or euthanize him.
 
Holy crap, that's a messed up fish. I don't think it could be any type of infectious organism given the rapid decay
 
It died shortly after it buried it's head in the sand...........that was messed up!
