my oscars eye looks a little swolen too, kinda white on the bottom of the socket not the eye itself too. i would like an answer as well.
 
Does it have a white cloudy film over the eye?...can't really see in the pic.
 
and is it just with that fish?
 
Looks like you guys have popeye!! Thats not fun. The eye will eventually swell large enough that it pops, thus ruining that eye. There are several treatments out there that help to cure it. The sooner you start treating the better the results. I'm not sure of the meds. but I'll try and look some up. :)
 
Cottony white growth over lens of eye?
 
no the eye itself isnt cloudy just the part around it , kinda figured it was popeye started treating with parasite clear "thats the only thing i have around" and hoping for the best. hes still eating and acting normal though.

ya mine is acting normal would salt work? or do i need the certain medication?
how do they get this.
