I wake up at 6:25 and I get up at 6:30; my alarm clock has two available alarms, so I use both of them, one is set for 6:25, and the other for 6:30, so that the first alarm wakes me up and the second makes me get out of bed (eliminates use of the snooze button). This is only from mid-August to early June/end of May though (during the school year), during the summer, I get up between 8:00AM-1:00PM, depending on how long it takes for me to get bored of laying in the same place (I always wake up around 8:00-9:00, so when I "sleep in", I just lay there half-asleep for a while, sometimes for a few hours, depending on how tired I am).
