Hi,

What could I breed in a 29 gallon that I could potentially make a little cash from? I am open to anything. THis will not be their permanent home. Meaning, I am only gonna keep this tank up and running for like 6-10 months before I give away the fish and shut the tank down. Right now the tank is a planted tank, so they have to get along with plants. Open to all suggestions. Thank you

Cryptoheros sajica that what i am doing in my 29gal long...

Oscars, they'll be prefect. Red-tailed catfish would be another good choice, but if that's not for you try some Black Pacu!

I couldn't resist. >:D

Rams would be a good choice. They're a dwarf cichlid that would do nicely in a 29 gallon. They can sell for $5+ sometimes. Perhaps Firemouths although they're not gonna make you too much money they would do good in the tank, and you could sell them easier than some other cichlids.

Yeah I was thinking of rams. How many in this tank? A trio, 2 pair or? I was thinking of a pair of Angels too, but don't know much about them.
