What to breed out of these choices?

It depends. They need warm water, mostly on the soft side. Plants are OK, you should also provide lots of caves. www.planetcatfish.com would be a good source of information.

EBJD's are worth alot of money.for a 2" you can get $20 a piece

...but EBJD's are sometimes prone to sickness/die and the biggest problem is that 29g is too small for a breeding pair.

I would do some of the pricey crayfish such as the ones that are breed to be black, white, or apricot in color, and any offspring that needed to be culled could be feed to your fish.

I also breed dwarf red jewels. Super super pretty fish. When they have their mating gown on, holy crap their colors pop. Plus they are not around too often so they are in high demand in my area. Every one likes cute little fish.

I have never bred plecos so I have no idea how hard/easy they are.

They will do fine if you can keep your water in good condition with little fluctuation.

Earth eater cichlids like Geophagus Tapajos are quite pretty and you might be able to breed them on a small planted tank.
