W/C = Water change, and dont add fish to try and correct a problem. Its not the flakes making it cloudy. And a good flake brand that i use is TetraMin Tropical Flakes, it wont make the water cloudy and it brings out their colors.

sounds like a bacterial bloom. either your tank was not properly cycled or you dont have adequate filtration.
Yes, over a very short period of time. Probably 50 over a month.
I have at least 20 species in that tank maybe more. Some I don't even remember what they are. Just to name a few Long fin Rosey Barb, 2 blue rams 1 common the other long fin. Several tetras, neon, sarpae, black skirt, red phantom, red eye ect. 3 or 4 different types of gourmi, clown pleco, common pleco, long fin fancy mollies, a pair of sail fin mollies, tiger barbs, albino tiger barbs, 2 angel fish ect. We plan to transfer those angels and some of those gourmis when they "out grow" our tank. We plan to keep everything in that tank 4" max.
Sounds like a lot, but it still seems empty to me although I do not plan to add any fish being mindful that most are still growing and will soon take more space.
