I'm currently turning my 40 into a red wolf fish tank with an emperor pleco

u can try breeding convict,jewel,livebearers,red devil cichlid,texas cichlid or firemouth cichlid but remember to keep just a pair to less room space

If you really want to breed, you can use the 70g to breed something nice, the 40g you can divide to keep various stages of fry (wrigglers, swimmers, etc. + sellable juvie size) and the 15g you can keep as a hospital tank, or a growout for fries that you want to selectively breed for later on, or for your next breeding project (after you don't want to breed whatever you've been breeding anymore).

what could i cross with a female parrot fish? or female jaguar? also is a 75 gallon enough space to breed red devil x jaguar?
Are you just going to breed 'em and then sell 'em off? 75g is enough for a Red Devil and a Jaguar to breed together, provided they're not fully developed yet. Jaguars get quite big and aggressive, and so do Red Devils. 75g is actually large enough to keep them for life, if it's the standard 75g, and provided the pair really bonded. Otherwise one of the two will most likely die.

These include Amatitlania species (like Convicts), Amphilophus species (like Alfaris, Red Devils, Trimacs, Hogaboomorums, etc.), Herichthys species (like Green Texans, Bartonis, Mickleyis, etc.), Thorichthys species (like Firemouths, Elliotis, Aureuses, etc.), Parachromis species (like Red Tiger Motas, Loselleis, etc.), Paraneetroplus species (like Blackbelts, Syns, Fennies, etc.) and many others.
The list goes on.

Are you into african cichlids? You could do 75 gallon for breeding/show tank, 15 gallon for fry, and 40 gallon for juvies.
blood parrot. i think ill try my hand at a parrot and convict just to get me into raising fry again then ill move onto a bigger project.
