what to do with 4x2x3 cage?

I'm going to have to disagree with anyone who said your cage would be appropriate for a monitor. The only monitor small enough to live in a 4 x 2 footprint is an ackie and they need at least 12" of dirt or other substrate that will hold a burrow. I don't think that neodasha makes a cage capable of holding substrate that deep without modifications.

If you're looking for a larger animal and trying to avoid some of the more "common" species, my suggestions would include a blue tongue skink, a smaller tortoise like one of the testudos, or a couple of the larger species of gecko like leachies.

Varanus tristis ssp, Varanus dumerili, Varanus beccarii, Varanus melinus,Varanus [timorensis] auffenbergi, Varanus glauerti, and a handful of other monitors would do just fine in a 4' neodesha. Tortoises would do better in a pen style set up than a traditional cage (also neodeshas would not accomodate the required UV lights) and leachies need more air flow than the small opening of a neodesha can provide.

There are tons of options out there, do some research and find something you like. There was a recent post on red eyed croc skinks, a trio or quad would do great in this sized enclosure and they would have room to roam. Also some Alligator lizards, plated skinks, fire skinks, abronia, etc would all fit and do well.

yea that seems to be the best choice for the cage, could i keep them all together in the same cage?

If you get them all the same size and have only one male then it should work out but most of the time with beardies its just luck with them all getting along

Black headed python.

um

Have a 4x2x3 cage empty now i think its an neodosha, i had my argentine tegu in there for awhile before i got rid of him now its just sitting there and don't know what to put in there now, any ideas no snakes.
Well no snakes at all and something more for display , maybe taken out to rome the apartment on occasion, something that may get maybe 2ft at the most someplace around there, iv thought of beardies but they just seem way to common for me, also if it could eat my GF's yourkie that would be a big plus:D.
