What to do with a runt?

Water looks a bit mirky but your fish look awsome and healthy, id agree the little one doesn’t seem that bad and it’s colour and health looks ok.
I would probably leave it in with the others unless it is struggling to compete for food. Very nice group of fish.

Ya the water is always fairly murky. I have two large 12" L27s that continuously rasp on the wood making alot of particles in the water.

After watching the small one he seems to be very picky and doesn't eat the majority of pellets that I feed. I might get some different food and see if that helps.

My runt I think will be always be smaller than the rest .He eats and fights back lol . he growing at the same pace about 1inch a month. When the others top out he might catch up. But I think he will be just a smaller bass.

He is eating well again. Ordered his favorite pellet and we'll see if he puts on any size.

If he's growing at the same rate then there's nothing to worry about.
