I have several cichlids that breed like crazy but all the pet stores want to give me for them is store credit on more fish. So what do i do, i already have tomanny fish.

Offer them for sale to places where they are worth money.

Well i have several large fish, but the problem is my bass were raised on goldfish so thats all they will eat. Even if they are starving they wont touch anything that is not gold.

Any ideas where i could sell them? Iv put them on craigslist but i keep getting flaged for breeding and no rplies. I have about 2000 red devil fry, about 100 rusty fry, 100, convict fry, about 1000 baby guppies, 100 jewel fry, and about 200 yellow lab fry and i noticed my red devels have eggs again. Now you see i have a lot of fish and thats not counting all my adult fish

You could sell them on Aquabid or a local newspaper that doesn't flag for breeding.

Why would they flag for breeding? Our local craigslist is stocked with breeders selling their fish.

I figured it was people who had nothing else to do but flag me. I got flag 6 days straight then craigslist wouldnt allow me to post for 3 days.

That is ridiculous. I see people selling off their fry all the time on Craigslist. It is likely one asshat that keeps flagging you, but I am surprised Craigslist takes your ad down. Are you posting it in the 'Pets' section and offering them with a rehoming fee and not for sale? That is the only thing I would make sure I am doing, if you still get flagged, I don't understand why.

You could also try on here, sell them off in lots. Just show pics of the parents so people know what to expect. Another idea is to add another fish to the mix that will eat all the fry, but I don't think you're looking to add more.

The pet stores won't give you credit on anything other than livestock? Not even fish food, filters and accessories? You have to find some better fish stores. As long as they make money on your fish, what is the difference where you spend the credit?
