I have some fish that I don't really want anymore I had my tank set up for them and now I want to make a community tank and I can't find anyone to sell them to what to do

Put an ad up on craigslist and here in the marketplace and give them away.

Offer them for free on Craigslist.

Set up another tank for them.

Convince yourself they are awesome and far better than a community tank. ;)

I've always given fish I didn't want to the LFS as a donation. However, this was only when fish were given to me, or came with a tank that I wanted. I won't say anything about buying fish, just to later not want them anymore....

What are they? Big or small?

I had a couple of scissortail rasboras that I didn't want, but they were not working in any of the tanks I had going or my inhouse or daughters tank...So I let fate decide and put the remaining couple I had into my bichir/knife tank. 2 days later fate ran its coarse.

Dechlorinator and nitrates are very bad for you. Don't eat your fish.
