What to feed baby warmouth

My warmouth is coming in two-three days. He will be between 1-3 inches and I am wondering on what to feed him. (Will worms and crickets be okay or do I need to wait till he’s bigger)

Worms and crickets should be good as long as the crickets are small enough. You could also go to a local creek or pond and look like baby crayfish like the ones that are about 1 inch and rip the pinchers off so it’s easier to eat

Small chunks of worms, small crickets, baby live bearers, and ghost shrimp were all favorites of baby predatory native fish that I kept.

You can use the afore mentioned items, but I would personally work on getting it on pellets.
