I've had a look around but really couldn't find much so I thought I would post a new topic lol.

Ah I've got 4 discus. All about 4". I have been feeding them (and their tankmates), just some microwafers with the occassional treat of frozen brine shrimp. But I was thinking of giving them something else.

Anybody have any ideas? I've got about 20 neon tetra, 4 dwarf gourami, 4 different catfish, 4, 3 lemon tetra and 3 of some other tetra I cant remember the name too lol. So basically just a pretty laid back tank. Removed the 4 juvenile clown loaches I had as they were starting to become a pest. Really aggressive.

im starting mine on frozen hikari discus food diet. but check out this new food by reef nutrition called mysis feast

The wafers I feed them are Hikari. Really brings all the colours through on all my fish. I'll have to have a look at that too. The write up on it sounds convincing haha

This stuff is like crack for my discus and they really have grown and bred since I placed this in their diet.

My discus eat NLS , Hikari , frsh beefheart, blood worms in addition to the shrimp

My wilds are fed exclusively live blackworms, twice a day.

tetrabits will be ideal to enhance the growth rate which contain high protein.
