What to feed Discus?

feed my discus and clown loaches mostly freeze dried brine shrimps and mini pellets from kens. sometimes tetrafin's flakes, fresh chopped shrimps and frozen bloodworms.
 
I feed my juvenile discus beef heart mix, super beef heart flake, ocean nutrition prime reef flakes, freeze dried black worms and NLS discus pellets. Frozen blood worms are the absolute worst to feed regularly, as treats sure. Frozen brine shrimp are not much better. Frozen Mysis relicta shrimp from piscene energetics are good too (the hikari and most other mysis products are not Mysis relicta which are the cold freshwater variety with the good fatty acids)
