i agree with the all the above pellets and foodsticks is alway's is the best for your ar'!!! and about crickets though just feed this one as a treat coz as we all know aro's have a tendency to get hooked on this diet... for me variety is alway's the best!!! i feed my "JAR" hikari chiclid gold,foodsticks OMEGA one pellets,earthworm, feeders that ihave quaratines and treated b-4 i feed it to my ARO and freeze dried krill that i soaked in vitachem...
