one way of sexing umbees ive heard is that the males have a more elongated body and the females have taller body. But with yours they are waaaaaay to small to sex acurately not until there atleast around the 6 inch mark

Take frozen Krill,thaw it,then rip it into small pieces.They should put on weight with this thrown in.
