What to feed the big guys

What is the best food to feed lg SA/CA ciclids?Looking for variety mine eat frozen krill and won't go to the top for floating pellets.The food just floats for a minute and goes into my overflows.

What kind of fish do you have? Would you consider feeding live? I have two O's and they love crayfish! It is pretty fun to watch them charge the bigger ones. They also like Nightcrawlers, leeches and superworms. Mine also eat dog food Try a variety of different things, until you find something that works.

Since I feed a stingray I give my Os pieces of shrimp and squid when ever I have decided my ray has had enough and they love that.

Fresh veggies, whole de-shelled jumbo shrimp and high quality pellets

large sinking pellet's ...

store bought shrimp..

even piece's ( dime size cube) chicken , pork , beef..

fish fellet's piece's...

other small fish.... ( only own raised or trusted local fish store bought) ...

Beefheart is good to but it makes them grow very fast

I would feed my bigger fish whatever pellets i could, crickets, feeders, meal worms and bits of hot dogs.
I have never fed my fish beef heart, so could someone give me the skinny on what is the best way?
