Probably a poor choice of words. Lets try this...

A quick (and by quick I mean as fast as I can go whilst ensuring a proper repair) strip and reseal, I will have a pretty nice tank on the cheap.

Probly no more than $90 considerin it not only has a leak but also has no stand
