What to paint my glass tank back..

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i just roll on the cheapest acrylic i can find...

I suggestion using Krylon with the angled spray nozzle, it makes it alot easier to cover the back. I have painted 4 tanks in the past month and I have used the $1 can of spray paint from walmart, Rustoleum, and the Krylon. With out a doubt the krylon has the best coverage and ease of use. Make sure you get a can of "flat" paint. If your looking for something with a "texture" I would recommend fleckstone paint, but its expensive.

Before i could read this thread i went into lowes and ask the people there what to use. First they hinted using spray paint but then the paint guy suggest i got to another store and buy the role on kind. He didnt say a kind.

I want somthing i can used indoor and in my room. I dont want to have to drain it and refill it.

So would the acylic be the best then?
