I cant remember the full name but they are called something like galaxy rasboras, beautiful tiny fish, try internet search.

Cheers

You could get like a red betta and then fill the tank with black gravel black plastic plants, pretty much black everything. That would create a ton of contrast and make the betta stick out alot.

Well i think ill go with the dwarf puffer. i already have 3 bettas sooo....lol ya. any advice on them? if i think its to much id choose something else (the runner up :p)

ok my parents jsut gave me the tank as an early christmas present. it hs like a box filter build into the bottom and it also has lava rocks. what i need to know is what do i put in to the box filter for filtration and are lava rocks safe for dwarf puffers or any fish for that matter. thanks

Galaxy rasbora is the old name. They are now called Celestial Pearl Danios. I have some in a 10g, they're good fish.

I have had a biorb for about 4 years now and I have had bleeding heart tetras, glofish (i inherited them and gave them away), ghost shrimp, and threadfin rainbows in it (separately of course).

Currently I have a 2" endli in there which I'm growing out and a couple of swordtails I'm writing a paper on. I really liked the threadfin rainbows thoguh! It's a versatile tank and I second the java moss idea (mine has java moss, java fern, and hydrilla).
