those other other asian brands are too hard to find for me and i still have some of the chingmix from two years ago, but i think it's probably gone bad and plus they're wayy too small.
The Chingmix ia probably stale. Aquatic Obsession in Manassas carries NLS.
You also may want to try fresh wild caught salmon every other day or so. I got great results from adding that to my FH's diet.
My FH feeding regimen was various pellets (Grand Sumo Red, Omega Cichlid, or Almost Natural cichlid) in the morning and fresh (alternating Salmon, Shrimp, Tilapia, Earth Worms) in the evening. I can't complain about neither his coloring nor size. He's grown from 1.5" to 10" in just under 9 months. Now that he won't eat pellets anymore, I've gone to making my own food which he eats ravenously.
