Thanks for your infoThere may be up to 20 species of Pangasius cats, so having some striped, some that get larger than others, some smaller should be accepted as commonplace.
Just as in Panama where I live, any number of of cichlid species are simply lumped together, and called Chogorros, or mojarras by locals, in Viet Nam or other areas in Asia, any number of similar species of Pangasius can be simply lumped together as Swai, or other more local names, and considered a substantial dinner.
