It does look very much like a Marmorkreb, but there are quite a few species with similar shapes and patterning (some of which aren't even in the same genus). Obviously, the easiest way to find out is if it starts berrying (which can happen as early as 2.5" in size, they berry small and early) and you end up with babies. ^_^
You can also flip it over, if it has gonopods it's not a Marmorkreb. But if it doesn't, that just means you have a female that could still belong to any number of other species. But some people don't like handling them, so I don't know if you want to do that.
If you can get some other photos of it, the back from a top view, close ups of the head, claws, etc. It can help, but may not lead to a positive ID. Marmorkrebs are tricky sometimes, a lot of crayfish IDing is done based on the shape of a male's gonopods actually, lol
