There's no such name such as flowerless flower horn... as we observe like the
MALAYSIAN RED DIAMOND FLOWER HORN this flower horn have white flower and not black and its surrounded by pearls... All
FADED FLOWER HORN doesn't have flowerlines.

There has always been unmarked flowerhorns, vey nice clean looking fish, they were called "mermaids" when the first hit the market a couple of years back.

Even a JK does not have a flowerline.........................

yea..... this guy is talking out his butt.
maylasian red diamond?
im willing to bet EVERY flowerhorn i have that that is a red dragon
lets be serious dude its jus a simple zz rd, get over urself

when u start making strain names up for ur "new breed of fish" u confuse the newbies here

Guessing the physical category of a flower horn is possible but guessing the breed of the FH is difficult... a Red Dragon fry can change its apearance to another breed but the breed doesn't change, still it's a Red Dragon if he/she looks like a Red Buddha or something. As we see there are so many flower horns that doesn't have flower lines... I always repeat this I'm talking about the breed not the appearance. Understood??? again... too many flower horns that doesn't have flower lines, yes we all know that. even newbie may also know that... but before writing your violent reactions or something please understand what is written. like others said: They saw flower horns that doesn't have flower lines, yes we know that. and then what's the point of saying that??? FLOWERLESS BREED???!!! how's that so happen... example: a Red Dragon Flower Horn Fry can morph into flowerless flowerhorn or simply called as faded flowerhorns because faded is the official call for flowerless FH, back to my topic a red dragon can have flowerless lines. why I'm saying that, based on my own experience breeding flower horns since 1998-2007. our Red Dragon Fry's changes its color into yellow but still it is a red dragon...
any comments or any violent reactions or suggestions is welcome.

thank you...

Dude, aren't flowerhorns just a hadgepodge of cichlids? all they are based on is looks, nobody is doing blood tests on them.

In fact isn't the entire naming process from colors and looks? I thought we don't know which ones made the first flowerhorns.

This is stupid I don't care if a flowerhorn is actually one certain thing or another, I just want a good looking one.

How can you be a purist on a fish that isn't even pure, none of this makes sense, I am going to go put my head in a microwave.

:) I believe,From what a buddy has told me that it might be a flowerhorn/Firemouth or......A (FlowerMouth)...he said his brother has afew and they are very peaceful at time but can be freakin aggressive congrats!!!:headbang2 :D
