What type of giraffe cat is this?

Seems there are several varieties of these. What do you think this guy is?

The genus of Auchenoglanis is this guy's home but IDK the species. The genus is in limbo with 2 most recent revisions professing only 2 species or 9 species http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/genus.php?genus_id=70#1754

I'd post on PCF and ask Birger in particular - he is the best source of ID from the top of my head.

It very closely resembles an Auchenoglanis punctatus that I used to have. It could also be a young A. senegali but, the snout looks too elongated to be other than A. punctatus.

Appreciate your opinion. Was hoping for Auchenoglanis occidentalis but looks slightly different

I think senegali and for those often asking about a "dwarf" or "manageable" giraffe catfish, this is the one, maxing out at "apparently" 1' or so!
