What type of Meat do you feed?

Frozen bloodworms are just as bad IMO. There are many more options you can feed and are more filling.

Octopus/squid huh? Might have try try. I have heard that catfish is to oily so I stay away from that side

Bloodworms are not so great nutritionally.

To piggyback off of that, live bloodworms have leeches. Another reason why I stay away from them (plus high risk of parasites just like goldfish/minnows/comets/etc...)

I feed my Armatus shrimp, but I do stuff them with massivore/cichlid gold. I also feed silversides and occasionally frozen rat pups.
