What type of Pirhana is this

Normally around 6 weeks but adding bio media from another aquarium will help speed up the process. Although I don't personally use them they sell live bacteria in a bottle. Dr.Tims fritz products.

I have a bottle of fritz zyme 7 but it expired in 23 - was kept in a cool dark place though. I wonder if it could possibly still be good?
