There is something more, which is called trolling and not acceptable on the forum.
Its wisteria. It was just grown above water. It will shed those leaves and grow aquatic leaves.

I bought the same plant out of impulse. After putting it in my tank, I found it not be as robust as I thought it would be. It will likely not survive my fish. And IT LOOKS LIKE CELERY STALKS! I say it's ugly so I gave it away. I don't know what it is though.
I was thinking the same thing as the celery stalks lol. Moved it to a different tank to grow it and to make sure it doesn't die and spoil my water
