What type of severum?

These severums are from a fellow MFK member but the last time he was on was in 2008. These severums look like a notatus but I'm not sure cause they look very pale. So what are they?

Also whats that smaller severum I had messaged the owner about this severum but he never wrote back, any idea?

Dont post often on here anymore (became a little unfriendly sometimes), but i do like a good severum, and i couldn't resist this one.

You've got 3 H.Efastciatus.

Top one looks to be from Tapojos stock, whilst the bottom 2 all look to be from manause stock. All males by the way.

Not Inridia or Notatus im afraid.

Nice looking fish, Seem very happy.

Interesting, I knew they were definately all efasciatus and the top was a tapajos but wasn't familier with the local of the bottom ones. Good info.

Aye, Im getting pretty good on my Heros nowadays. Decided to specialise when i left MFK a year or so back. Lets see how i fair this time eh?

H.Efasciatus (most likely sp.Manause, but some debate on that one. Seems the heavily spotted examples that are showing up now are from the start of the rio negro, whilst the slightly older style "Turquise" sevs with the black half bars are from mouth of the amazon, near Belem... but as always, nothing concrete at the minute)

A nice list considering im in the UK, where SA cichlids aren't as popular as the African Rifts.

Just need H.Spurius Chance would be a fine thing.
