That is a tapeworm. You could inject a feeder with Prazipro. The tape worm will come out usually overnight after treatment.

Or you can get the tape worm pills for the cats. Break a small piece and stuff it deep in the feeder goldfish mouth. Make sure the piece does not fall out when the bass takes it. The liquid Prazipro can be injected with syringe maybe with a 23 gauge needle. If you know a vet, they might can help you out with that or someone that is allowed to buy the syringe and needle.
