What ur latest impulse buy???

i usually only buy 1 fish at a time about once a month but i had an unbroken $100 bill when i went to petco and like my wife always says, "it was on sale" so i bought a 5" clown loach($8), 2 yoyo loaches, 2 crawfish, 5 tiger barbs, some java moss balls, and a ton of ghost shrimp and rosy reds.

man that has me read all over it ....lol i'm the worst with money i'm sopposed to be saving...lol and i just spent 30$of my 40$ lol
 
I had been waiting months for my LFS to get more Farlowella Acus (Stick fish/Twig fish). I stopped in last Sunday, they finally had them, so I picked one up.

Yes, I know, not an impulse buy. That comes next.

I started acclimating the fish, and noticed that it had a different tail fin, and slightly different coloration than an F.Acus. I quickly identified it as Farlowella Gracilis.

The impulse buy comes Monday, when I wonder if the LFS has both F.Gracilis and F.Acus. I go back, and they do, so now i've got two different Farlowella cats I also got two female bettas. My other two looked lonely?

I also almost impulse bought a completely eyeless male betta, but my roommate ended up picking it up. A fish with no eyes and those long fins wouldn't stand a chance in my tank.
 
A New piece of malaysian driftwood. I was going to look for a odd pleco but ended up with dwood and no pleco instead.
 
Monday I picked up a Brand New stickers still on it 90 Gallon, Glass Tops still in boxes, and Double Bulb, 48" Strip Light (everthing All Glass Brand) for 200 Dollars from a guy who bought the set-up in 2006 for his Turtles and never used it. It has been sitting in a storage unit since summer of 2006, just waiting for me to buy it I guess. 200 dollars is less that the tank would cost. I couldnt pass on it.
 
Mine is a FX5 I always hear everybody talking up theirs so I had to have one. Besides i was a little underfiltered
