this is one of the most notoriously difficult fish to ship. as they require a lot of swimming room, and over sedation will kill them.

Is it in the pond yet? No, I am going to keep him inside for as long as I can. He is doing quite well in the aquarium 8x4x3. He navigates better than expected for such a quick fish. He has freaked out a few times, nothing too bad. My new pond bottom is on order,due to be delivered in 8 weeks or so so it looks like the backyard monster might finally be finished in a couple months. after 4 years of sitting. lol
