me and my buddy were fishing one time at a bridge here in south west florida and are bait kept getting stolen. well i finally set the hook and after about 5mins of fighting it was a snook with some of our bait still sticking out of its mouth and it also had a few hooks still in it...pretty cool i thought..one heck of a fish.

ive seen peeps catch: drift wood, (heh)starfish, two fish(one bit the other),crab,
blue gill(no bait), 20 inch flounder (only catch), 1 inch striper and flounder.

OH my brother caught a bluegill with spit and was just walking along the wwater on a dock i have m jerk bait swimming along the dock and a good 3 pounder pops up and nails it the fight lasted oh better part of a second. just had to lift the rod and it was over. No fun to catch a big one with out a fight
I caught a 12 inch tiger oscar on a small bluegill...also a really old fish net, a frog, and a comorande (a big ass bird)
I caught a 12lb Channel Cat once , using a chatter bait ... thought it was the biggest bass of my life for about a minute and a half 
i love chatterbaits. but anyway my cousins friend sucks at fishing and he hooked my cousins hat on the back cast and casted into the water.
