what was your first herp?

im just bored and was wondering, what your very first herp was. mine was a leopard gecko. i got 3 years ago when it was just a newborn.

My first was a fire bellied newt when i was about 6. I also got a chubby frog at 10 or so, and a black rat snake when I was ...9? I forget now.

My first herp was a wild capture blue belly swift, shortly thereafter I had an alligator lizard, common house gecko and purchased a trio of anoles.

That was over 15 years ago, hehe.

Same as me lol. When I was two I had to choose something from the hospital gift shop for my newborn brother...I got him a plush snake lol, the day my parents must always regret

hm hard to say what i got first. its a toss up between an american toad, hermit crab (yeah not a herp), or anoles. that was 25-26 yrs ago.

Tiger salamander when I was three. We had salamanders when I was born, but the tiger was the first that was mine. About 18 years ago.
