mine just layed eggs on the cleaning magnet. it was in the top of the tank on the right side of my 55.. i have 8 angels in the tank..my buddy has had them lay eggs on the tnk glass. so if they want to they will breed anywhere..
I bred them for a while and all we did was raise the temp to around 80, and place a peice of floor tile in the tank against the back wall. My grandfather bred them for about 3 years and all he needed was a plastic amazon sword plant for them in the middle of the tank. So I guess it depends on what yours prefer. Also, frozen blood worms, and live bloodworms twice a day seemed to help also.
