Yea but they are althletes not news anchors they don't train to talk. They may be nervous or afraid to be singled out and broadcasted. I know I'd be stumbling to find my words.

I hate mainstream Hipster talk, like yolo or the next catchy dumb saying. Although I do sometimes use them in a mockery sense to bug people. Also gangster talk where English is barely understandable in their voices.

I need to spark up my fish life
 
My peeves are people that use the phrase first annual instead of inaugural and irregardless Instead of regardless.
 
Worst thing with ghetto slang and ganster talk is when they type like it too! Ive many times seriously just stopped and said "do you seriously need to talk like this? Come on" and i kid you not they usually go from That to please and thank you and yes mam. Although i cant be biased as im sure i say some words that people hate. Bro, dude, fail!, and im guilty of throwing in some just to be annoying. Chilax

I hate when men say "we" are pregnant. dude, no you "two" are not man. she is pregnant!!!

and I hate "men's body wash"

no such thing. might as well pee sitting down and call it a man squat


but meh, I don't get why people are so passionately bothered by how others talk

Yeah we know they are athletes but they did go through some type of schooling in order to get to where they are and as many times they are in front of cameras and microphones they should be well used to it without stumbling over words...I actually don't mind po-po.
 
What's wrong with men's body wash? I hate bff, or when people text k, or when someone uses "like" a million times in one sentence
