Great wife wanted angel fish now the black skirt tetras are nipping them. Stock 1 frog 1 small convict 3 black skirt tetras and 3 angel fish. Boring and won't work. Not what I had in mind.

My not be what you are looking for my kids have two fancy tail gold fish lots of color and movement they love them. I have a group of firemouths and love them. I would recommend a group of fire mouths for your tank anyday. They are a little more pasive so they wont be beating the crap out of each other all the time.

BTW congrats on the newborn. I have 3 being a dad is amazing!

I know you've already gotten rid of the angelfish, and other much more experienced members are helping you..but I did want to point out that it was likely getting nipped due the tetras being in such a small group.
Whatever you end up doing for the tank, I hope you, your wife, and your baby enjoy it :)
 
Thanks can't wait. I swear black convicts would kill a red devil if they got big. Forgot how evil these little guys are. Never had a parrot. Hope he holds his own
