im excited, i dont know wat to choose. help me out. i will post pics of my car soon

Ahh a fellow car guy! Im guessing your into imports (im into chevys)

As far as what to pick I would personally go for the rims if I didnt have any because I do not have a good source for cheap rims and I think they make the single biggest impact on the way a car looks however that would also depend on what my price range is with my sponsor. Find out what they are willing to do pricewise and what you can do yourself with your budget and decide from there.

You should post up some pics of your car :)

dont bother.... go spend a few yrs learning about mechanics then do the engine ur self...
intake aint gona do **** if u still got cats n crap exit route.... so u should sart on the exhaust.... rims will slow u down.... lambo doors are wack.... and who tha sod are hifonics....? dont bother... if u dont know then get to know and do this probly.... what car is it anyay???

The wheels will only slow you down if they are heavier than the standard ones.

Larger wheels with a lower profile tyre will give you better turn in but a harsher ride.

Wider wheels will give you better traction but if you cant break tracktion with the standard width wheel the extra contact patch of the wider wheel will only slow you down through extra friction.

All that being said I'd bet even if they are larger, wider and heavier than your standard wheels you wont really notice anything differant unless your car is very underpowered.

ok so if i stick 22's on my 280bhp s14 is goin to accelerate just as well as it currently does? or drift half as well? No... very misleading statement to make...

Sorry maybe my post was a little missleading. When I spoke of wheels with lower profile tyres I ment as in keeping within the same rolling circumference as the standard wheel. You just couldn't put 22's on a S14 and do that.

Hope this clears my point up
