Since you said tank size and cost are not a problem, id try to get a couple pair of taimen ( endangered trout that can get over 6' found in Mongolia) probably not possible regardless of how much money you have.

A huge tank with several pairs of golden dorado would be cool.
Maybe an Amazon river based tank with a few pairs of each of the largest catfish; rtc tsn jau and Piraiba

North American Flathead Catfish (Pylodictis olivaris). If tank size wasn't an issue then I'd have a school (say 10) in a 30,000 gallon tank. And while it is rare yes they have been known to school and here is proof: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFifBcwLv9M

The biggest, most bad a*s cichlid collection!Devils, trimacs, flowerhorns, oscars, and midas!You would need a HUGE tank for them not to kill each other, like 1000g+ big!Also some non-cichlids that would be cool to add are albino red arowana (rare, just get regular red), walking catfish, and a redtail catfish.(then you would need at least 1500+g)
