what would you do with 125 gallons

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I'd make a really cool, sissy tank. Neons, corys, yoyo loaches, buenos aires tetras, lots of driftwood and a pimped out royal pleco.

:iagree: lots of color there...

i dont think that it would be a wise move by stocking anything with p's. imo oscars are way cooler than p's as to they actually have personality. maybe im REALLY just jelous becouse i CANNOT legaly keep p's in my state... i keep 4 oscars, 2 jd's 1 jag 1 mysery cat in my 125. people tell me that i have too many big fish in the tank, but they really do all seem happy. i do constant water mainanence though and i work really hard keeping the water perams good. :)

This is great, I think I am getting it down to Rays or Red Bellies. I found a place in cleveland here that have rays at a good price, he is on this board. I saw a awesome DARK red belly tank, but then saw the Rays with other fish and it just seemed more appealing. What are talking aboutwhen you say arrows?

Thinking about sand on the bottom and lots of plants......

What do you guys and gals think

No plants with Rays.

Shark Aquarium has baby RBs in stock it lists as wild caught that are out of sight! Dump a hundred bucks worth of neons and black neons in there with them and enjoy the show.

African Oddball Tank..

Ctenopoma(Spotted Climbing Perch), Rope Fish, a few African Butterfly Fish, School of African Brown Knife, Kribensis, School of Congo Tetras, Fire Eel.. the list goes on :)
:iagree:

Another good-loking option is a stingray with a black arowana and some discus. Boy, this would be a NICE amazon-species tank...

Best regards.

Daniel.
