I'd also build a aquarium that mimics a almost natural habitat for a piranha and stock it full of Pristobrycon careospinus. True it would be hard to get but with that kind of money you could find them

buy a ton of mountain ground with a lake on it(big lake) then build a house in the center of said lake!!
buy more land and build an awesome rd track. then buy a dodge viper venom(hennessy's twin turbo monster) and race the hell outta it.
supe up my dart(505 out of a viper, twin turbo or maybe a 440 running on nitro)
and build a really really big tank!!

thats about £17m here. my list goes:

£1m to the RSPCA.
£1m to breast cancer research.
£1m to NSPCC.
£1m to childline.
£2m for family.
invest a £6m.
get a house built around a few huge fish tanks.
stock at least 1 tank with all availible colour morphs of asian aros and red tails catfish.
buy a nice car.
have a couple of very large reef setups.
move into reptiles.
arrange contract with aquarium cleaning company, unfortunately there would be too many tanks for one man.

at least if i happen to run i out i know i will have helped a couple of my favourite charities and not been completely selfish.
