have a 75 gal that i will be getting rid of the stock in and changing over.
I love pikes (atleast the ones i have)
and i am wondering what people would do with a 75.
keep in mind, this would likely not be a growout tank, this is a lifelong tank.

Either a really good looking saxatilis and a few other fish or a Sp.cobra

an oscar or red devil would be awesome.
might MIGHT get away with a ven.

a bunch of dwarf pikes and other SA stuff would be neat. Or a larger species.

Tapajos II Cobra pike and some dithers, 4 silver dollars and maybe a breeding pair of convicts.

wow-I opened this and was totally prepared to read how its too small and all that jazz but everyone has some good input.A 75 gallon is a very nice size tank and you could do alot with it.I think a really nice african cichlid tank(small/medium species) would be an awesome idea.you could get away with a few pikes by themselves as well. There's plenty of fish options to choose from.shop around for ideas-maybe visit the lfs and it should all come to you.

what do cobra pike prices run?
when i set this up , it will be col springs , co.
so i am thinking about ideas before i get out there.

ideas are appreciated. and even though africans, bichars, and such are sweet this will definelty be a pike tank (in one way or another). and i try to keep my tanks biotope tanks
