Well IMHO i think that the background helped out, other then that i would try doing a rock wall in the tank tho you dont want to limit the space of your pacu too much. Does make for a difficult aquascape.

jus b creative an try a few different layouts. try rocks on the bottom mayb a cave 4 the pleco, coz of the pacu u cant really do much with the height than mayb a couple of plants in each corner. but jus spend some time messin about till an idea looks good! thats all i do any way! good luck
